Kokabeans, is Coffee & Cacao division of BaliCoffee based in Osaka Japan. The products are specialty coffee and premium cacao grade beans with sourcing and operational roots in Indonesia. We are committed to deliver high-quality Arabica and Robusta coffee, as well as premium cacao beans.

What We do:

KoKa Beans brings you a fine taste of Indonesia through carefully selected coffee and cacao. Our Arabica Specialty Blend features top varieties like Typica, Kartika, and Lini S; sourced from Krucil (Probolinggo), Mandailing, and Batu (Malang). Another highlight is our specialty Arabica from Bone-Bone Village in Enrekang Regency, Sulawesi. We also offer quality cacao from Malang, made from fermented Criollo cacao beans. Once brewed, it’s silky, aromatic, and pairs beautifully with our coffee.

1. Post-Harvest Coffee Processing:

We use natural, honey, and full-wash processes. Natural preserves sweetness and creates complex flavour. Honey gives balanced sweetness, body, and acidity. Full-wash delivers clean and consistent taste preferred by Japanese consumers.

2. Roastery (Coffee Roasting):

We offer three profiles: espresso, bold, and balanced for coffee shops; filter profile, clean and fruity for specialty consumers; and light–medium roast, tailored to Japanese preferences for smooth, mild, and aromatic coffee.

3. Wholesale and Retail Trading:
